Hi, I’m Una Meriläinen, a soul-led entrepreneur offering embodied yoga, calming sound baths and invigorating Shake the Dust (TM) classes.

In addition to my broad expertise in wellness modalities, I hold a MSc in Business Administration and my day job is in a stock-listed company, so I know firsthand how huge a role wellness plays in busy jobs. Combining my understanding of the corporate life and my passion to be present for others, guiding them back to their bodies, I curate a balanced class suitable for your needs.

My classes offer you a unique opportunity to release stress, calm down your nervous system and revitalize yourself. Your only task is to surrender to the practice and let your body work its magic.
