I’m Una, a heartful and warm yoga teacher and sound bath facilitator. I love facilitating movement and sound that releases, calms and revitalizes.
Sessions can be held in English or Finnish in Helsinki Metropolitan area. Check more information below.
What type of practices can you do with me?
My approach is very body-based and respecting of your own needs. I teach traditional asana, supported with a mix of flowing movement, intuitive exploration and constructive rest. You can expect gentle facilitation with always giving you the space to listen to yourself.
For private & corporate classes, the class can be tailored to your needs.

You can surrender to your mat, supported by props, as I bring you to the calming world of sound bowl frequencies. Sound baths will calm your mind and resonate in the body. This can leave you feeling very relaxed and light.

I facilitate dream map workshops for private groups. Dream maps are a lovely way to manifest and make your dreams concrete. Every picture you choose is a manifestation sent to the universe. This is a great practice especially in the start of a new year or start of the autumn season <3 The workshop can be designed to your preferences and for example be combined with a sound bath.
