Freedom of responsibility

The person participates in any class, event or online offering at his or her own risk and takes care of his or her own accident insurance. The participant registers and participates in the event voluntarily, being aware of the general risks of the exercise. The organizer of the event is not responsible for any damage caused to the participant or their property. No event/class or online offering is designed to treat mental or physical illnesses but to support well-being.

Event cancellation policy

• Please note that your registration is binding. In the event of an obstacle, you can give or sell your spot to someone else. Each event has a limited number of spots. The minimum number of participants is 8 (unless stated differently). The purchase is considered final and non-returnable. However, if you need to cancel, you can transfer or sell your ticket to a friend.

• When signing up, you are agreeing to pay the participation fee.

• Cancellations must be notified to the event organizer by email. Cancellations by phone or message via social media are not acceptable. Cancellations due to illness or another unexpected and serious event, the cancellation can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the event. To prove the reason for the cancellation, you need a reliable document, such as a medical certificate.

• The organizer has the right to cancel the event due to force majeure or a small number of participants. The organizer is not obliged to reimburse any other costs arising from the cancellation.

Vastuuvapaus

Henkilö osallistuu tapahtumaan/tunnille omalla vastuullaan ja huolehtii itse omasta tapaturmavakuutuksestaan. Osallistuja ilmoittautuu ja osallistuu tapahtumaan vapaaehtoisesti harjoituksen yleiset riskit tiedostaen. Tapahtuman järjestäjä ei ole vastuussa osallistujalle tai hänen omaisuudelleen mahdollisesti aiheutuvasta haitasta. Tapahtumaa ei ole suunniteltu psyykkisten eikä fyysisten sairauksien hoitamiseen vaan hyvinvoinnin tukemiseen.

Tapahtumien peruutusehdot

• Huomioithan, että ilmoittautumisesi on sitova. Mikäli olet estynyt osallistumaan, voit maksutta siirtää paikkasi toiselle henkilölle. Mukaan mahtuu rajattu määrä osallistujia. Minimi osallistujamäärä on 8 (ellei muuta mainittu).

• Ilmoittautuessaan osallistuja sitoutuu maksamaan osallistumismaksun.

• Peruutuksista on ilmoitettava tapahtuman järjestäjälle sähköpostitse. Emme ota peruutuksia vastaan puhelimitse tai viesteillä sosiaalisen median kautta. Jos peruutuksen syynä on sairastuminen tai muu odottamaton ja vakava tapahtuma, voi peruutuksen tehdä maksutta vielä 24h ennen tapahtumaa. Peruutuksen syyn osoittamiseksi tarvitset luotettavan asiakirjan, kuten esimerkiksi lääkärintodistuksen.

• Järjestäjällä on oikeus peruuttaa tapahtuma ylivoimaisen esteen (force majeure) tai vähäisen osallistujamäärän vuoksi. Järjestäjä ei ole velvollinen korvaamaan peruutuksesta mahdollisesti muita aiheutuvia kuluja.
